File >New and click Other The following window will appear 2. Click on Dynamic Web Project 3. Click Next 4. Name the Project 5. Press Finish Now you can see your web project in Project Explorer. Expand the project to Your-project -> WebContent -> WEB-INF You will see a “lib” folder where you should put all the required jars for the project. We frequently publish on such topics.
